Before You Start, You Will Need:
Water Bill Payment
Your water bill - You will need the account number and service address from the bottom portion of your bill in order to access the payment system.Your credit card information - You will need the credit card number, expiration date, card holder name, and the address where your credit card bills are mailed.We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.
If your account is about to be shut off or has been shut off for delinquency, you cannot make a payment over the Internet or at a 24/7 payment machine. You can still make a credit card payment by phone by calling (602) 262-6251, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Press 1 for English or 2 for Spanish. Please speak directly to a representative by phone. You can also make a payment at one of our pay stations from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Payments can take up to three business days before they post to your water account.
