PUBLIC MEETING
Desert Foothills Park Master Plan Submittal
The Master Plan for Desert Foothills Park, located at 1010 Marketplace SW, will be presented
to the public for final review before it is submitted to the Parks and Recreation Board for
approval. Last November, the community, through a public meeting open house format, and on-line
comment submittals, was able to provide suggestions to the Parks and Recreation Department on what
they would like to see at Desert Foothills Park. Top amenities have been adopted into the park’s
master plan. Currently there are no funds budgeted for development of any new amenities.
