Graffiti Busters wants to help residents keep their private property graffiti free. We
will remove the graffiti for FREE. In order to do this, Graffiti Busters needs written,
signed permission by the owner or responsible party. The attached permission slip can be
filled out on-screen, printed, signed and returned to the Graffiti Busters by one of the
following methods:

Scan completed permission slip with signature to graffiti.busters.nsd@phoenix.gov
The permission slip will be added to the Graffiti Busters' database and it can only be
removed by a written request. This allows the Graffiti Busters to return to properties
without waiting for additional authorization.
