The Phoenix Neighborhood Services Department has several loan and grant programs designed to help low income residents meet code requirements and improve the safety, comfort, appearance and value of their homes. Home improvement and repair is an important element in the city’s strategy to improve and revitalize neighborhoods.

These loans and grants are available to Phoenix residents who meet income requirements. When you apply for a loan or grant, you will be asked to give the city financial information to establish your eligibility. The information you give the city will always remain private and will never be used for any other purpose.
