Phase I grand opening February 16, 2007 includes 10 lighted soccer fields, (9 natural turf, 1 artificial turf), 1200 parking spaces, two playground structures, staff office bjuilding. When completed, Phase 2 will add 10 additional lighted fields and a proposed all-weather running track.

This 27,000-square foot center features an indoor gymnasium with an elevated walking track above the gym floor. This elevated area also features an exercise area and a dance/aerobics room. The lower level of the facility includes a senior lounge area, a multi-purpose room with a warming kitchen and large sliding glass door that opens onto a patio area, an arts and crafts room vented for a kiln, a large teen room and a dance room with built-in ballet bars and a wooden floor.
