NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

PHOENIX COMMISSION ON HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOODS
 COLLABORATIVE OUTREACH AND EDUCATION SUBCOMMITTEE

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX COMMISSION ON HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOODS, COLLABORATIVE OUTREACH AND EDUCATION SUBCOMMITTEE and to the general public, that the PHOENIX COMMISSION ON HOUSING AND NEIGHBORHOODS, COLLABORATIVE OUTREACH AND EDUCATION SUBCOMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the public on October 10, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. located in the 12 East Conference Room, 12^th Floor, Phoenix City Hall, 200 W. Washington, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1.	Call to Order and Welcome	Mr. Murphy, Chair
2.	Review and Approval of the Minutes from the Meeting on April 15, 2008	Mr. Murphy, Chair
3.	Report and Discussion on Developing a Partnership with Arizona State University.   This item will be a discussion about developing a partnership with Arizona State University to educate the community about affordable housing and related issues.   This item is for discussion and possible action.	Subcommittee Members (45 minutes)
4.	Call to the Public   This is a time for the public to comment.  Members of the Board may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Therefore, pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01(G), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
