NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

PHOENIX PARKS AND PRESERVE INITIATIVE (PPPI) OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX pARKS AND pRESERVE INITIATIVE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the PHoenix PARKS AND pRESERVE INITIATIVE OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the public on August 29, 2008, at 2:00 p.m. located at Kid Street Park, Marc Atkinson Recreation Center, 4535 North 23 Avenue.

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows (items may be taken out of order):

 

1.	Call to Order
2.	Approval of May 6, 2008, Meeting Minutes.
3.	Call to the Public—The Committee shall receive items of consideration, discussion and/or complaint.  Those wishing to address the Phoenix Parks and Preserve Initiative Oversight Committee need not request permission in advance.  Action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or rescheduling the matter for further consideration and/or decision at a later date.
4.	Staff will update and provide information on results of the PPPI Community Forums and the citizen input process for discussion and possible action. Action
5.	Chairperson’s report—Comments by the Chair on issues related to the Committee Information Only
6.	Director’s briefing Information Only
7.	Future Agenda Items.
8.	Adjournment.
