NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

ENCANTO CITY VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE

CORE & HEIGHT STUDY SUBCOMMITTEE

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the eNCANTO VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE and to the general public, that the eNCANTO VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE CORE & HEIGHT STUDY SUBCOMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the public on November 24, 2008 at 6:15 p.m. located at the Longview Neighborhood Recreation Center, 4040 N. 14th Street, Rooms B & C, Phoenix, AZ.

 

NOTE: A quorum of the full ENCANTO VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE may be present.  Discussion and/or action of the items will be limited to the Subcommittee only.

 

·        Agenda items may be taken out of order.

·        Anyone wishing to address an agenda item must complete a Speaker Card.

·        Time for comments may be limited to ensure that different viewpoints are heard

 

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

 

1.	Call to order by the Chair.
2.	Review and recommendation of the September 29, 2008 meeting minutes.
3.	Presentation and discussion of submitted site plan and elevations for Park Central Mall.
4.	Presentation and discussion of revised goals for Encanto Village Core Profile
5.	Presentation and discussion of Encanto Core & Height Study Work Program
6.	Identification of possible future agenda items and future meeting dates.
7.	Public comments (not for committee discussion).
8.	Adjournment
