SOUTH MOUNTAIN VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE
DEVELOPMENT SUBCOMMITTEE
Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the SOUTH MOUNTAIN VILLAGE Planning committee and to the general public, that the SOUTH MOUNTAIN VILLAGE PLANNING COMMITTEE DEVELOPMENT SUBCOMMITTEE will hold a meeting open to the public on November 24, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. located in Room 169, Travis L. Williams Family Services Center, 4732 S. Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
NOTE: A quorum of the full South Mountain Village Planning Committee may be present. Discussion and action of the items will be limited to the Subcommittee only.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1.
Call to order.
2.
Review and approval of the October 17, 2008 subcommittee minutes.
3.
Z-82-08-8 and Z-SP-21-08-8: Discussion on a rezoning request from C-O (pending C-2) BAOD (4.27 acres), C-2 (1.02 acres) to C-2 BAOD (3.34 acres) for general retail, self storage facility and underlying uses. The property is located west of the northwest corner of 16th Street and Baseline Road. The village committee will consider this request at the December 9, 2008 meeting. The Planning Commission hearing is scheduled for January 14, 2009.
