NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF

THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

OF THE CITY OF PHOENIX, ARIZONA

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of THE INDUStrial development authority of the city of phoenix, arizona, board of directors and to the general public, that THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF the CITY OF PHOENIX, ARIZONA, BOARD OF DIRECTORS will hold its Annual Meeting open to the public on TUESDAY, OCTOBER 14, 2008, AT 3:30 P.M. LOCATED AT PHOENIX CITY HALL, 200 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, 20^th FLOOR, CONFERENCE ROOM 20E, PHOENIX, ARIZONA.

Certain agenda items, as indicated below, may be discussed in executive session. If authorized by a majority vote of the Board, an executive session will be held immediately following the vote in accordance with A.R.S. §38-431.03(A) and the meeting will be temporarily recessed while the Board retires to executive session which will not be open to the public. One or more Board Members may participate via teleconference.

	a. Report from Staff and discuss and consider overview and implications to the City of Phoenix and the Authority of the recently passed federal legislation Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008.
	b. Report from Staff and discuss and consider the Authority’s Joint 2007A Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond Program between The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Phoenix, Arizona and The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa.
	c. Report from Staff and discuss and consider approval and ratification of certain amendments and supplements to the Indenture relating to the Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond Program, Series 2007-2.
	d. Report from Staff and discuss and consider investment contracts relating to Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond Programs, Series 1998C, 2000, 2001-1, 2001-2, 2002-1, 2002-2, 2007-4, 2007A-1 and 2007A-2. The Authority may vote to discuss this matter in executive session as authorized by A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3). Any action taken by the Board will be taken in the public meeting after adjournment of the executive session.
	e. Report from Staff and discuss and consider amendments, modifications and supplements, as appropriate, to the bond documents and other program documents in connection with the Authority's 2008 Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bonds (Draw Down Facility). The Authority may vote to discuss this matter in executive session as authorized by A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3). Any action taken by the Board will be taken in the public meeting after adjournment of the executive session.
6.	Administrative Matters
	a. Committee Reports.
	b. Report from Treasurer and Financial Advisor to discuss and consider approval of the August 31, 2008 Financial Statements and payment of invoices.
	c. Report from Treasurer and Financial Advisor to discuss the status of financial audit review of the Authority. The Authority may vote to discuss this matter in executive session as authorized by A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3). Any action taken by the Board will be taken in the public meeting after adjournment of the executive session.
	d. Discuss and consider priorities, Committee structures, and other follow-up items in connection with the Authority’s 2008 Board Retreat.
