NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE FATALITY REVIEW TEAM

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Phoenix DOMESTIC VIOLENCE FATALITY REVIEW TEAM and to the general public, that the Phoenix dOMESTIC VIOLENCE FATALITY REVIEW TEAM will hold a meeting open to the public on October 13, 2008, at 1:30 p.m. located in the Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Family Advocacy Center, 2120 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.

The Team may vote to go into executive session to discuss the matters in agenda items 6, 7, 8 and 9 pursuant to ARS Section 38-431.03.A2 (consideration or discussion on records exempt by law from public inspection) or ARS Section 38-431.03.A3 (discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney of the public body).  If authorized by a majority of the members present, the executive session will be held immediately after the vote and will not be open to the public.  In open session, the Team may discuss and vote on the action to take in each of those matters:
