NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
City Manager’s Representative Hearing for a Hillside Grading WaiverPursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the City manager’s representative hearing for A HILLSIDE GRADING WAIVER and to the general public, that the city managers representative hearing for A HILLSIDE GRADING WAIVER will hold a meeting open to the public on September 15, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. located in Conference Room 3C, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 200 West Washington Street, Phoenix, Arizona.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Request: Request additional disturbance in the Hillside area beyond the 35% that is allowed.
