NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
PHOENIX CITY COUNCIL MEETING FOR CITIZEN COMMENT

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX CITY COUNCIL and to the general public, that the PHOENIX CITY COUNCIL will hold a meeting open to the public on Wednesday, October 15, 2008, at 3:00 p.m. located in the City Council Chambers, 200 West Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

Citizen Comment will take place immediately after adjournment or recess of the regular weekly Formal Meeting, but not earlier than 3:00 p.m.  The purpose of this meeting is to allow any member of the public to comment on issues of interest or concern to them.  A quorum of the City Council may or may not be present.  In either event, no decisions will be made and no final action on any issue raised will be taken.

 

The agenda for public comment is as follows:

This item is scheduled to give City Council members an opportunity to receive comments or requests for information or follow-up on issues of interest to members of the community.  No decisions will be made and no final action will be taken.
