Aerating August 18

William F. Bell, creator of San Diego's fabled Torrey Pines, was the architect for Maryvale. A championship-length course, it is suitable for all skill levels. Maryvale has become well known for its excellent practice facilities and its popular junior golf school, which instructed many of Arizona's golf professionals.

Youth Golf Classes
PGA professionals teach golf to area youth, ages eight to 17, in year-round low cost classes which typically last about a month. To register, individuals should sign up at the golf course. Golf classes are halted in October to accommodate reseeding of the practice tees with winter grass. Call Guy Rodrigue 623-846-4022 for infomation. Youth Golf Schedule
