1. Consideration of City Council approval of
the proposed Non-Permitted Construction Enhanced Enforcement/Amnesty Pilot
Program. If approved, the program will
be initiated August 1, 2008. A
status report will be provided after six months of operation.

2. Consideration
of City Council approval to request the City Manager to instruct staff to make
all necessary changes to ordinances and administrative regulations to sunset,
merge, or change several boards and commissions.

of City Council approval to continue the Citywide Pilot Shopping Cart Retrieval
Program for six months while staff conducts an assessment of the program for
Council review.

obtain community input to develop a proposal for the possible implementation of
voting centers in future elections.
