1. Staff recommends that the
City Council approve the renewal energy goal and implementation guidelines
recommended by the Parks, Education, Bio-Science and Sustainability
Subcommittee and the Environmental Quality Commission (EQC). Staff supports
this recommendation and has worked extensively with the EQC to set an ambitious
but achievable goal.
