1. Staff requests City
Council approval of the Request for Proposal evaluation and selection criteria
for the design-build-operate-maintain (DBOM) System Supplier for Stage One and
future Stage Two of the Automated Train at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
This procurement is being conducted to hire a System Supplier for the
Automated Train.
