Councilman Simplot Hosts Moonlight Movie in the Park

Councilman Tom Simplot will host Moonlight Movie in the Park on Saturday, Sept. 6, beginning at sundown (approximately 7 p.m.) at the Steele Indian School Park Amphitheater, on Third Street and Indian School Road. This month’s movie, “Toy Story,” brings childhood toys to life in an imaginative story about what happens when we have our backs turned.

“Moonlight Movies are a great way for families to come together and enjoy an evening under the stars,” Simplot said. “And Toy Story is a film that the entire family can have fun watching.”

Join in the adventure again next month for “E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial,” which also will begin at sundown at Steele Indian School Park on Saturday, Oct. 25. For additional information, call 602-262-7447 or visit phoenix.gov/district4.
