Councilman Tom Simplot’s monthly breakfast meeting will be held at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, March 27 at Hometown Buffet restaurant, 1501 W. Bethany Home Road.

Sara Hensley, director of the Parks and Recreation department, will discuss the recent changes that have been made to the department’s budget and how those changes might impact residents.
