Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX SISTER CITIES COMMISSION and to the general public, that the BOARD OF DIRECTORS held a meeting open to the public on November 7, 2008, at 8:00 a.m. located in the Ceremonial Room, 3rd Floor, Historic City Hall, 17 S. 2nd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
